:: CheeseCake ::


Cheesecake is a decadent and delicious dessert.Cheesecake known as smooth and creamy. No wonder people have been perfecting the cheesecake recipes since early Roman times. Different recipes may have different ingredient in term of addition tasted too. For your information, most cheesecake recipes use cream cheese but some of them also have ricotta cheese or cottage cheese as the main ingredient thus totally equal to DELICIOUS!!!

 Preparation of Making CheeseCake

Stir the crushed crackers, cinnamon (additional flavor) and melted butter together well.












Lay a circle of parchment paper in the bottom of a 9- or 10-inch spring pan. Pack the crust mixture in the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Use the bottom of a glass to press the crust flat.

Heat the oven to 300 degree F. Then, bring the cream cheese to room temperature. Place the cream cheese, zest and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat by hand or with an electric mixer until just smooth. After that, add the sugar and flour gradually and beat just until incorporated. Thus, add the eggs, yolk and cream and mix thoroughly



Pour the filling over the crust and bake for approximately 1 hour.






Check the cake for doneness. The very center should jiggle slightly. Avoid using a knife or toothpick to check for doneness.  Lastly,let the cake cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate.

There already finish cheesecake that can be serve. ;p Thus, let your mother taste you cheesecake. ;p You also can find your friend to judge your cheesecake.
